[Asia News = Reporter Reakkana] Last October 16, BTS V or Kim Taehyung started to occupy the first three places on Amazon’s list of "Best Sellers in International" with his three solo songs, "Sweet Night," "Inner Child," and "Stigma." At that moment the “Sweet Night” took first place, while “Inner Child” and "Stigma" took second and third place, respectively.
They are the only BTS songs in the Top 10 as of press time. Plus, they are just the tracks of a male K-pop soloist on the list. Kim Taehyung solo tracks weren't on the list of best -selling international songs until recently; this is starting to gain more attention once again. Kim Taehyung "Sweet Night," first ranked on the iTunes Songs charts in a total of 118 countries, becoming the first and only song in history to achieve this milestone. Also, the "Sweet Night" recently became the most streamed OST on Spotify of all time; it transcends over 169 million streams on the platform. While the "Inner Child" has also recorded 100 No. 1s on the iTunes Songs Chart just this past July.
For now, "Stigma" along with "Inner Child" and V's other solo track "Singularity," topped the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart. These are just a few of the many successes of BTS V's solo songs.
