[Asia News Communication = Reporter Reakkana] Former child star Julie Vega, the real name Julie Pearl Postigo, is long gone but the debate about the real cause of her death continues.
Apparently, there are those who still believe the young actress, who was only 16 when she passed away in 1985, fell victim to bad entities. GMA News’ documentary program “I Juander” tried to answer this one and for all in 2015, visiting the real place used for the shoot “Lovingly Yours, Helen (The Movie),” Vega’s last film. Supposedly, upon their arrival at one of the houses wherein the film was shot, the paranormal expert the team met a female spirit. The camera crew also experienced alleged strange audio interference with their mics every time the expert spoke. The team believed the sounds they heard are not normal while the sound engineer of GMA News insisted it was only caused by signal interference from their mobile phones.
However, residents of the place still believe Vega was possessed by bad spirits. "We believed that the spirits played with her and asked her to come with them. The spirits like Vega so they want her to leave her human body and join them." one of the residents said. But her mother said Vega died from cardiac arrest following a bout with demyelinating disease. What do you think?
